Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (city-level). This information is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. Google may set cookies in your browser to support this.

We also use FullStory to record how visitors interact with our site, including clicks, scrolls, and page navigation. These recordings help us improve the website experience. FullStory may capture page content you view but is configured to exclude sensitive input fields. You can opt out at fullstory.com/optout.

Ticketing

We sell tickets through third-party platforms including Ninkashi and Eventbrite. When you purchase a ticket, those platforms collect your name, email, and payment information under their own privacy policies. They share your name and email with us so we can maintain a will-call list for your show.

Email communications

We occasionally send emails to past ticket buyers about upcoming shows using Mailbluster, which sends mail through Amazon SES. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share your email address with other parties.

Your choices

You can opt out of FullStory at fullstory.com/optout. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To unsubscribe from our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email you've received from us. California residents may request deletion of their personal information by emailing info@cttcomedy.com.
